We strive to provide the best food experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your meal, we're here to help.

Order Cancellations

Since our food is prepared fresh to order, cancellations must be made within 5 minutes of placing your order. After the preparation process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) are processed if:

  • The wrong item was delivered to you.
  • The food was spoiled or had quality issues upon arrival.
  • Delivery was severely delayed beyond reasonable estimates without notice.

Processing

Approved refunds will be processed directly back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
